Miglioramento dello stato di conservazione degli habitat costieri
Attraverso azioni di ripristino e gestione attiva, saranno recuperati 160 ettari di habitat dunali e 648 ettari di praterie di Posidonia oceanica in Italia, oltre a 247 ettari di habitat dunali in Grecia, con l’obiettivo di aumentarne la biodiversità e rafforzarne la resilienza e il ruolo nella protezione costiera
Riduzione delle Specie Vegetali Aliene Invasive (IAPS)
Tutela e rafforzamento della vegetazione autoctona attraverso azioni integrate di prevenzione, controllo, gestione ed eradicazione delle specie aliene invasive, al fine di ripristinare gli equilibri ecologici degli habitat.
Ecological Beach Communities: coinvolgimento attivo delle comunità locali
Sensibilizzare cittadini e stakeholder sulla tutela degli habitat costieri tramite programmi educativi mirati, rafforzando la conoscenza della rete Natura 2000, diffondendo buone pratiche replicabili e promuovendo una gestione sostenibile delle spiagge.
Promuovere un turismo sostenibile e responsabile
Promuovere un modello di turismo che rispetti e protegga gli ecosistemi marini e dunali, incoraggiando comportamenti responsabili e contribuendo alla valorizzazione durevole del territorio e delle sue risorse naturali.
