The second training cycle of the Shepherd School of the LIFE ShepForBio project officially kicked off on Saturday, April 6.
Compared to last year, the training offerings are expanded; two new modules were included: “Cheesemaking” and “Grazing in Forested Landscapes, from Traditional Practice to Innovation. Evolutions, conflicts and opportunities” with talks on agroecology applied to silvo-pastoral systems and agroforestry.
The role of farms will also be strengthened this year, and they will be involved not only in the internship phase but also during the theoretical lectures.
