After the discovery of Sesleria pichiana and Murbeckiella zanonii we were delighted to find during habitat monitoring also Centaurea arrigonii, an endemic asteracea of the central-northern Apennines included in the Red List of Italian Flora. This further confirms the need to conserve the open areas covered by the LIFE ShepForBio project.
